These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the platform named "Exam Central" (hereinafter the "Platform" or the "Service"), accessible at exam-central.com or any other associated address. By accessing the Platform, the User acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to comply with them fully without reservation or condition. Any use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept these conditions, they are expressly invited not to use the Service and to leave the Platform immediately.
ARTICLE 2 - NATURE OF SERVICE AND DISCLAIMER
The Exam Central Platform is a purely informational, pedagogical and experimental service, developed as part of an exercise in website creation and management. It is expressly stated that the Platform does not constitute an official, approved, certified or recognized service by any administrative, educational or governmental authority whatsoever. The Platform is not affiliated, associated, approved or sponsored by ministries of education, examination bodies, educational institutions or any other official entity. Currently, the Platform contains no real, authentic, verified or official data regarding exam results, competitions or any other academic information. All data, information, results or content displayed on the Platform are fictitious, simulated, generated for technical demonstration purposes only and must in no way be considered authentic, reliable or usable for real purposes.
ARTICLE 3 - NO WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Platform Publisher disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, relevance, reliability, availability, updating, authenticity or use of information, data, results or content present on the Platform. The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that use of the Platform is at their own risk, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of error, interruption, continuous availability, data security or compliance with User expectations. The Publisher shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, loss of opportunities, moral damages, commercial damages or any other loss or damage of any kind.
ARTICLE 4 - EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
The Platform is exclusively intended for educational, training, learning, technical demonstration, skills development in website creation and management purposes, and must in no way be used for real, important decisions or decisions having consequences on the academic, professional or personal life of the User or third parties. The User undertakes not to use the Platform information to make decisions regarding their academic orientation, professional career, enrollment in institutions, administrative procedures or any other important decision. The User acknowledges that any use of the Platform for purposes other than educational or demonstration is at their own risk and without any guarantee from the Publisher.
ARTICLE 5 - NO REAL DATA
The User is expressly informed and acknowledges that the Platform currently contains no real, authentic, verified, official data or data from authorized sources regarding exam results, competitions, candidates, educational institutions or any other academic information. All displayed data is automatically generated, simulated, fictitious, created for technical demonstration purposes and does not reflect reality in any way. The Publisher does not guarantee that real data will ever be integrated into the Platform and reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the Service at any time without notice or justification.
ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements composing the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, sounds, software, source codes, databases, structures, layouts, designs, trademarks, domain names, are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners and are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation, transformation, distribution, dissemination, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, of all or part of the Platform elements, by any process whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written and express authorization from the Publisher, under penalty of constituting infringement liable to civil and criminal sanctions.

ARTICLE 10 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, supplement, update, revise or delete all or part of these Terms at any time, without notice or prior notification, at its sole discretion and without having to justify its decision. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to regularly consult these Terms to be aware of any modifications. Continued use of the Platform after any modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the User does not accept the modifications, they must immediately cease using the Platform.
ARTICLE 11 - SUSPENSION AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
The Publisher reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend, interrupt, limit, restrict, modify, disable, delete or stop temporarily or permanently all or part of the Platform, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to maintenance, update, security, legal compliance, Terms violation, force majeure, judicial, administrative or regulatory decision, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Publisher. The Publisher shall not be liable for damages resulting from suspension, interruption or stoppage of the Service, and shall not be required to compensate the User or provide an alternative service.
ARTICLE 12 - COMPLIANT USE
The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, good morals, public order, these Terms and rules of good conduct. The User is prohibited, without this list being exhaustive, from using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, malicious, harmful, defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, harassing, violent, pornographic, hacking, spam, phishing, virus propagation, unauthorized data collection, security bypass, result manipulation, fake account creation, identity theft purposes, or any other activity that may infringe the rights of third parties or Platform security.
ARTICLE 13 - TERMINATION
The Publisher reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to terminate, suspend, block or prohibit User access to the Platform, delete their account, data and content, in case of violation of these Terms, non-compliant use, fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, judicial or administrative decision, or for any other reason deemed legitimate by the Publisher. The User may also cease using the Platform at any time, without notice or justification. In case of termination, the Publisher may delete all data associated with the User without obligation to retain or return.
ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or validity of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, even in case of plurality of defendants, guarantee appeal or emergency procedure. The Publisher reserves the right to initiate proceedings in any other country where the User resides or has assets, and the User accepts the jurisdiction of these courts. In case of translation of these Terms into another language, only the French version shall prevail in case of divergence.
ARTICLE 15 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
If one or more provisions of these Terms are held to be invalid or declared such under a law, regulation or following a final court decision, the other provisions shall retain their force and scope. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace any provision that has become invalid with a valid provision as close as possible to the original intent. The Publisher's failure to assert any clause of these Terms at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver to assert it subsequently. These Terms constitute the entirety of the agreement between the User and the Publisher regarding Platform use and replace all prior agreements, arrangements, communications or discussions, whether written or oral.
